In the Greater Toronto Area, 7% of neighborhoods saw homes selling over list price in February, up from 6% in January but down from 20% a year ago. Most areas (91%) were underbidding. Overbidding was notable in Toronto’s east end, with three of the top five overbidding neighborhoods located there. Single-family homes had higher over-asking sales (24%) compared to condos (14%), marking the highest rate for single-family homes since last fall.
