Only four neighborhoods saw price growth, led by Stonegate-Queensway/Islington-City Centre West (+5%). Sales increases were more widespread, with Newtonbrook West and nearby areas up 52.5%. The most affordable market was West Humber-Clairville and surrounding neighborhoods, averaging under $926,000. Buyers favored areas balancing price and lifestyle.
