Mississauga Valley placed fourth at $455K with nine sales and avg. 35 days; Core Mississauga followed at $492.5K, 34 sales, avg. 37 days.
Among these lower-priced GTA options, Core Mississauga had the most sales activity, and the monthly ranking included only neighborhoods recording at least five sales.
